…most ‘incompetent’ folks do not get fired and are very, very good at remaining ‘sticky’ wherever they go…and there is a very good chance that you are already working with (or worse, reporting to) one of them…

…as harsh as it sounds, the old adage about how those who can, do; and those who can’t, teach – stands true for every educator and every education system that continues to insist on rote cramming of textbook material as being the ‘imparting of knowledge’…and we behave the same in our corporations – we hire, promote, and reward mainly on ‘paper’ competence…sigh!
